After working in child welfare in Missouri, Jacinta joined the Adoption Options team as an intern in early 2012. Later that year she was hired as an Adoptive Family Caseworker. Born and raised in Colorado, Jacinta earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Baker University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. She is a wife and mother of two children.

Jacinta is also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated!
