Courtney joined Adoption Options in 2012 and is the Flexible Families Program Manager and Placement Supervisor. A Denver native, she graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2008 with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She worked as a sexual assault victim advocate for two years before starting her career in social work. Courtney has been in the field for almost 11 years working in both foster care case management and residential care. In 2018, she became the Vice President of Membership for Fostering Colorado a non-profit with a goal of developing and enhancing foster and adoptive care throughout Colorado.She is also the agency LGBTQ staff advocate.

Courtney enjoys all things crafty and is a die-hard fan of the Dallas Cowboys. She can usually be found traveling with friends and hanging out with her amazing godson.

Courtney is a member of the first Greek letter organization founded for African American women, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated!
